Overview

Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to oversee operations at our Renewable Energy facility in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth day-to-day operations, optimize efficiency, maintain safety standards, and deliver production targets in line with company goals.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, supervise, and manage plant operations to ensure optimal productivity and efficiency.
  • Implement and monitor operational procedures, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
  • Manage budgets, production schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance and reduce operational costs.
  • Oversee maintenance programs to ensure minimal downtime and maximum equipment reliability.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and performance management for plant staff.
  • Coordinate with senior management on strategy, reporting, and operational targets.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 8–12 years of relevant experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role within renewable energy, utilities, or heavy industries.
  • Strong knowledge of plant operations, maintenance, and safety standards.
  • Proven leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
