With significant investments in technology and infrastructure, we aim to maximize the value of the energy we produce while enhancing Aramco's societal value.

Headquartered in Saudi Arabia with offices worldwide, we combine market discipline with a forward-looking perspective, backed by nine decades of experience as responsible stewards of the Kingdom’s vast hydrocarbon resources. Our responsibilities have enabled us to deliver societal and economic benefits to the Kingdom and to communities, economies, and countries relying on our reliable energy supply.

We are among the most profitable companies globally and rank in the top five by market capitalization.

Overview

We are seeking a Planning & Performance Analyst to join the New Energies Planning & Performance Group.

The group manages comprehensive reporting across weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual timeframes to evaluate organizational performance. It also develops strategic plans and business strategies.

The Planning & Performance Analyst will execute activities related to planning and performance management, including monitoring departmental expenditures, analyzing variances, correcting errors, and consolidating performance data from transactions, KPIs, narratives, risk assessments, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical findings and recommendations related to P&PM tasks, such as business plan preparation, performance tracking, measurement, and accountability reporting.
  • Conduct special studies on performance initiatives, business cases, benchmarking, risk management, measurement design, process and workflow redesign, and information system changes.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) and/or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CMA, CFA, CPA) are preferred.
  • At least 9 years of relevant experience in Planning and Performance Management roles, preferably in the Oil & Gas sector.
  • Strong knowledge of management accounting, finance, PowerPoint, and Excel.
  • Proven track record in planning & performance management and using business intelligence tools.
Working Environment

Our high-performing employees are attracted by the challenging and rewarding opportunities we offer, supported by competitive remuneration.

At Aramco, employees work on large-scale projects supported by top-tier investment in capital and technology. We also prioritize talent development to address complex technical, logistical, and environmental challenges, with extensive workforce training programs to enhance sector-specific knowledge and skills.
