Job summary

A leading construction company in Jeddah is seeking a skilled professional responsible for developing and monitoring project schedules for successful construction projects. The role includes coordinating with project teams and consultants, preparing progress reports, and supporting Extension of Time (EOT) claims. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and preferably in large-scale projects. Strong planning and reporting skills are essential, along with the ability to track procurement schedules.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, monitor, and update baseline and detailed project schedules.
  • Perform monthly progress measurement and prepare recovery plans.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly internal and client progress reports.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate progress tracking.
  • Prepare schedule updates, 'what-if' analyses, and delay impact assessments.
  • Support Extension of Time (EOT) claims and related submissions.
  • Review subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with the master schedule.
  • Monitor procurement and material delivery schedules.
