The Job

• Provide comprehensive professional support for disposal of commercial/residential properties.
• Conduct market research, critically examine restrictions and opportunities on land and planning issues, and perform prudent calculations on financial commitments and results.
• Prepare and carry out tender activities and liaise with consultants for deliverables.
• Conduct critical analyses and prepare materials for land/property valuation.
• Assist in negotiating and securing land grant conditions.
• Co-ordinate with consultants and government departments for approvals.
• Compile cash flow forecasts and budgetary reports to facilitate financial planning of the Society.
• Supervise and coach team members in their roles.

The Person

• Professional Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (General Practice Division) or of the Hong Kong Institute of Surveyors (GP Division), with 2 years’ post-qualification experience; OR
• Degree holder in Surveying, Real Estate, Land Management, Property Management or related disciplines, with at least 5 years’ relevant experience or equivalent; OR
• Diploma/Certificate holder with a minimum of 7 years or above relevant experience.
• Experience in sales and/or marketing for residential/commercial properties, land matters, financial viability analysis, valuation; experience in divestment/investment of properties, tenancy matters, and property development will be a definite advantage.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word processing.
