Job summary

Une entreprise pétrochimique de premier plan recherche un Ingénieur en Planification et Programmation. Vous serez responsable de la gestion des horaires de production, de l’optimisation des recettes, et du suivi des performances. Ce rôle nécessite une solide formation en Génie Chimique et minimum trois ans d'expérience en raffinerie, garantissant que les objectifs de qualité et d'inventaire soient atteints.

Qualifications

• Trois (3) ans d'expérience en tant qu'Ingénieur Planification & Programmation en raffinerie et pétrochimie.
• Excellente expérience dans l'utilisation des outils de planification.
• Compétences en gestion de l'inventaire des réservoirs.

Responsibilities

• Développer le calendrier quotidien et hebdomadaire pour les cibles d'opération.
• Gérer l'inventaire et le calendrier d'accostage selon le plan d'exploitation.
• Surveiller la qualité de production et les déviations par rapport aux cibles.

Job description

1. Develop the daily, weekly schedule for the Process unit operation targets in line with SROP to meet product lifting & inventory targets.

2. Minimize quality giveaway by optimizing blending recipes for all products and components and achieve the QGA targets.

3. Manage all the gas balance including fuel gas and hydrogen and set operation targets and monitor performance.

4. Monitor actual production, streams qualities, tanks and all aspect that affect the plan and identify any deviation from target and ensure proper corrective action and follow up with operation.

5. Control tanks inventory and berth schedule in line with short range operating plan, daily & weekly schedule, based on accepted Nominations by Marketer and approved inventory targets.

6. Schedule feedstock receiving e.g. crude receiving in coordination with Planning Team and procurement

7 Experience in Mass Balancing

Minimum Qualification Required

1. BSc degree in Chemical Engineering.

2. Three (3) Years’ experience in the role of Planning & Scheduling Engineer in Refinery & Petrochemical.

3. Good experience in using scheduling and blend tools
