We are seeking a highly strategic and results-driven Planning and Development Manager to lead our organization's long-term growth initiatives. This role is responsible for overseeing business planning, strategic development, and project implementation to ensure sustainable expansion and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, financial planning, and organizational strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement long-term strategic plans aligned with the company's vision and goals.
Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and feasibility studies to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee the development and execution of business plans, ensuring alignment with financial and operational objectives.
Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments to drive organizational growth.
Lead the evaluation and execution of mergers, acquisitions, and joint ventures.
Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of development initiatives.
Collaborate with finance teams to develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models for strategic projects.
Monitor industry trends, economic factors, and regulatory changes that may impact business operations.
Optimize internal processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of strategic projects across departments.
Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget constraints.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.
Lead and mentor a team of planners, analysts, and development professionals.
Work closely with executive leadership, department heads, and external partners to align initiatives.
Present reports, proposals, and strategic recommendations to senior management and board members.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in a holding company with strategic planning, business development, or corporate growth.
Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
Proven track record of leading strategic projects and achieving business expansion goals.
