Job Duties

• Under direct supervision, issues purchase orders based on material requirements from manufacturing, field operations, technology, or project management.
• Follows Category Management strategies in line with company policies and procedures.
• Expedites, de-expedites, and issues change orders to meet manufacturing, field, or project demands.
• Analyzes and resolves basic Goods Receipt and Invoice Receipt issues (GRIR) with assistance as needed.
• Assists in creating Requests for Quotations (RFQ) and organizing competitive bidding processes to secure the best quality, delivery, and price.
• Assists in evaluating supplier performance.
• Performs tasks that, when executed correctly, impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations.

Required: Completion of an undergraduate degree in a technical, business, or related discipline. Knowledge of SAP Purchase to Pay is desirable.
