Digital Initiatives Project Manager Role – Worley
As part of Worley’s Digital & Systems team, we are seeking a Digital Initiatives Project Managerto take a leading role in delivering and expanding the digital scope on one of our flagship EPCM projects for Ma’aden.
This is a high-impact role embedded within a major industrial development where Worley is responsible for engineering, procurement, and construction management.
The role is a dedicated position to become the “Mr. Digital Initiatives”on the project—someone who will own and drive the digital transformation agenda across multiple fronts.
The role has responsibilities in the following area’s
Core Digital Initiatives (Mandatory under EPCM contract Annex A, Part 4, Chapter 16.3)
Under the EPCM contract, Worley is mandated to deliver seven foundational digital initiatives, as listed below:
End-to-End Asset Lifecycle Information Management
Digital Twin for Projects
CAD 3D Models
Engineering Document Management System (EDMS)
Asset and Equipment Tracking
Digital Spare Parts Management (D-SPIR)
Safety and Construction Performance Tracking
Some of these initiatives are already operational and require ongoing management and documentation, while others are urgent and need to be initiated immediately.
Qualifications
Experience in the Oil & Gas, Mining, or Industrial sector.
Project management experience in delivering digital transformation or smart plant/industry 4.0 initiatives.
Experience managing large EPC/EPCM projects with a digital delivery scope.
Proven success in stakeholder management, particularly with major clients like Ma’aden or similar.
