Job description

We are recruiting for a qualified and experienced Pilates reformer instructor to join a beautiful, serene, state-of-the-art Pilates, Yoga, and Barre studio in Saudi Arabia, which attracts high-end clientele from the royal family, celebrities, social media influencers, and socialites.

Package:

  • Tax-free monthly salary 13,500 - 15,000 SAR (approximately US$ 3,600 - 4,000)
  • Paid air ticket to Saudi upon arrival
  • Visa
  • 30 days paid annual leave
  • Annual return flights to home country
  • Shared accommodation (for the first 60 days - subject to availability). The accommodation has a separate bedroom and bathroom with a shared living space and kitchen
  • 6 days a week, 8-hour working schedule (Flexible)
  • Medical insurance
  • Continued education support from the studio of 30%
  • Commission of 50% of the private sessions if given outside working hours or above the number of classes per day (6 classes per day)
  • Commission of 30% of private sessions within working hours but exceeding 6 classes
  • Quarterly bonus based on: class attendance, reviews, ratings, retention, and private renewals
  • 50% commission for workshops, seminars, and trainings
  • 50% commission on all classes if instructor chooses to work on their off day
Requirements:
  • Possess a recognized certification in Pilates instruction (e.g., PMA, BASI, Stott) or a relevant equivalent.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Pilates Instructor
  • Capable of designing and implementing safe and effective workouts according to clients' needs
  • Open, empathetic, and possesses excellent people skills

Job Description:

As a Pilates Instructor in a semi-private setting, the primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality instruction and guidance to clients in a small group setting. To lead dynamic and engaging Pilates classes, ensuring that each participant receives individual attention and support tailored to their needs and goals. This position requires a deep understanding of Pilates principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire clients. This position heavily requires someone with strong interpersonal and people skills.

Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct Pilates classes for small groups (typically 4-5 participants) in a semi-private and PT studio setting.
  2. Develop and implement personalized exercise programs based on clients' fitness levels, goals, and any specific requirements or restrictions.
  3. Provide clear and detailed instructions for each exercise, focusing on proper form, body alignment, and breathing techniques.
  4. Offer modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels and physical abilities.
  5. Provide individualized feedback and correction to help clients improve their technique and maximize their results.
  6. Maintain a safe and supportive environment by monitoring and assisting participants throughout the class.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new exercises, and developments in the field of Pilates.
  8. Continuously educate and inspire clients by sharing knowledge on Pilates principles, health, and wellness.
  9. Build strong relationships with clients, fostering a sense of community and ensuring a positive experience.
  10. Attend staff meetings, training sessions, and workshops as required.
