Job summary

Job description

We are recruiting a highly motivated and experienced femalePilates instructor tojoin a dynamic pilates & yogastudio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The package:

- Basic Salary tax free $3500 based on qualifications

- 20% commission on PT classes

- Accommodation allowance

- Transportation allowance

- Recruitment and holiday flights

- 30 calendar days paid vacation

- Health and medical insurance plan

- Commission on all private/group sessions outside working hours (upon trainer’s

approval to work during that time)

- Incentive plan

Responsibilities:

- Full time job, 5 working days 8 hours a day ( 6 working hours, 2 hours break) within which the instructor will give group and private classes.

- Conduct Pilates classes that are safe, effective, and engaging for clients of all levels and abilities.

- Create customized workout plans for clients based on their fitness levels, goals, and any injuries or limitations.

- Provide hands-on assistance to ensure clients are performing exercises correctly and safely.

- Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends and advancements in Pilates techniques.

- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and provide exceptional customer service.

- Collaborate with other instructors and studio staff to create a welcoming studio environment.

Requirements:

- A Pilates certification from a recognized institute in Mat, Reformer, Cadillac, and Chair.

- At least 3 years of teaching experience.

- Strong understanding of human anatomy, movement patterns, and exercise physiology.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to motivate and inspire clients.

- Ability to modify exercises to accommodate clients with injuries or limitations.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and evenings.

- A Barre certificate is a plus (not required)
