About the Location:
An architectural icon in Saudi Arabia's vibrant capital, the Kingdom Tower hosts the Four Seasons Hotel Riyadh. This redesigned space reflects authentic Saudi heritage and craftsmanship, offering a bespoke experience through personalized service and hospitality.

The Role of the Pierre Herm Venue Manager:
The Pierre Herm Venue Manager ensures the smooth operation of both retail and F&B components. This hybrid role requires expertise in luxury retail and high-end food and beverage management, focusing on guest experience, financial performance, and brand integrity.
You will lead and manage a team of five, overseeing daily operations to uphold the hotel's standards.

Hotel Overview:
Located in the iconic Kingdom Tower, the hotel offers 276 spacious rooms, including 39 suites, with proximity to key business and cultural sites. It features three restaurants with a total seating capacity of 250 and extensive event facilities.

SPA and Wellness:
Our spa offers 8 treatment rooms for men and 1 for women, along with high-end facilities and a fitness center. The dedicated team of 25 colleagues is committed to providing exceptional service.

Knowledge and Skills:
  • 3-4 years of experience in luxury retail and/or high-end F&B environments.
  • Experience in both hospitality and retail, preferably in patisserie or boutique cafes.
  • Strong leadership, operational, and financial skills.
  • Exceptional guest engagement and customer service focus.
  • Ability to analyze sales trends and drive revenue.
  • Excellent communication and training skills for diverse teams.
  • Experience with POS, merchandising, and inventory control.
  • Fluency in English; French or Arabic is a plus.
