Redesigned interiors bring authentic Saudi heritage and craftsmanship to life, while our distinguished team provides a bespoke experience through thoughtful, personalized service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Customer Service:
    Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. Help customers select products that suit their preferences.
  2. Product Knowledge:
    Maintain a deep understanding of the Pierre Herm product range, including macarons, pastries, and seasonal offerings. Provide detailed information about the products to customers, answering any questions regarding ingredients or preparation.
  3. Sales:
    Actively contribute to achieving sales targets. Upsell and cross-sell products while maintaining a high standard of service.
  4. Store Presentation:
    Ensure the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing. Regularly check stock levels and communicate with the team regarding replenishment needs.
  5. Cash Handling:
    Accurately process sales transactions, handle cash and card payments, and issue receipts.
  6. Stock Management:
    Assist in stock receiving and inventory control. Ensure that stock is stored correctly and that products are rotated according to the first-in-first-out (FIFO) method.
  7. Customer Relations:
    Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring they leave the store satisfied and likely to return.
  8. Brand Representation:
    Uphold the values and standards of the Pierre Herm brand in every interaction with customers. Ensure that all communication, appearance, and actions reflect the luxury and elegance of the brand.
