Description
* Prepare and cook Pide and Lahmacun according to traditional recipes and high standards.
* Develop and refine recipes to enhance flavor, texture, and presentation.
* Ensure all dishes are prepared and presented in accordance with restaurant standards and customer expectations.
* Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following health and safety regulations.
* Manage inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure the availability of fresh ingredients.
* Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and effective communication.
* Train and mentor junior kitchen staff on preparation techniques and best practices.
