Job Responsibilities

• Dispense medications accurately and provide clear instructions on usage and possible side effects
• Review prescriptions and patient profiles to ensure appropriateness of medication therapy
• Conduct consultations with patients to discuss their medication regimen and address any concerns
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to optimize medication management and patient outcomes
• Maintain pharmacy inventory, perform quality control checks, and ensure compliance with regulations
• Stay updated on pharmaceutical developments and participate in continuing education opportunities
• Provide guidance and mentorship to pharmacy staff to deliver exceptional patient care
  
  
  

Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited pharmacy program
• Active pharmacist license in good standing in the state of practice
• Previous experience as a pharmacist is desirable
• Deep understanding of pharmacology, drug interactions, and pharmaceutical guidelines
• Excellent communication skills and ability to empathize with patients
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
