Job Description

We are expanding and currently seeking a Personnel Section Head (Saudi National) to join our qualified team at our Jeddah Office, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities include:

  • Monitoring office staff movement and reporting to management as instructed.
  • Maintaining transfer and demobilization reports.
  • Overseeing payroll processing with the help of subordinates within scheduled timelines.
  • Preparing memoranda and circulars as required by management.
  • Coordinating with site Personnel officers for timely mobilization/demobilization of staff as per management requirements.
  • Facilitating employee benefits requests.
  • Supervising Personnel Officer in AHRIS data entry, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
  • Ensuring compliance with local labor laws.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related field from a recognized university.
  • 7-10 years of total experience, with at least 3 years as Personnel Section Head in a large-scale company.
  • Proficiency in English, both oral and written.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
