Job Description

We are expanding and currently seeking two (2) Project Administration Section Heads to join our Project team in Saudi Arabia. Join our global journey and build something meaningful!

Responsibilities include:

1. Monitoring inter-site staff movement and reporting timely updates to management.
2. Maintaining transfer/demobilization reports.
3. Monitoring payroll with the help of subordinates within scheduled timelines.
4. Preparing memoranda and circulars as per management instructions.
5. Coordinating with site personnel officers for mobilization/demobilization of staff as per project requirements.
6. Facilitating employee benefits requests.
7. Supervising Personnel Officers in AHRIS data entry, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with local labor laws.
8. Managing the personnel team to adhere to procedures and handle personnel issues and relationships.
9. Managing an AHRIS database for project site employees.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or equivalent from a recognized university.
• Diploma in Human Resources Management preferred.
• Minimum 7-10 years of total experience, with at least 2 years as Personnel Section Head at a project site within EPC/heavy industrial construction companies.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, HR-related software, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic skills are an advantage.

Desirable Skills

• Experience in EPC and civil infrastructure construction industries.
• Proven HR and personnel department experience.
