We’re looking for a creative, strategic, and highly professional LinkedIn content expert to help build and manage the personal brand of our CEO & Chairman — an Egyptian Business Leader active in the Real Estate Sector in Saudi Arabia and Georgia.
This is a remote, part-time freelance role focused on developing a consistent and engaging presence for the CEO on LinkedIn to position him as a thought leader, visionary, and trusted voice in cross-border real estate investment and development.
Key Responsibilities
Create and manage a personal brand content strategy for LinkedIn
Ghostwrite high-quality, authentic posts (2–3 per week) in the CEO’s tone of voice
Translate business updates, site visits, deals, and insights into compelling content
Conduct light research on regional real estate trends for content inspiration
Suggest ways to increase visibility, credibility, and audience engagement
Optimize the CEO’s LinkedIn profile and presence
Track performance and adjust content based on engagement analytics
Optional: Engage with audience comments and connections if approved
Ideal Candidate
Proven experience writing and managing LinkedIn content for executives, founders, or public figures
Excellent English writing skills — Arabic language a plus
Familiar with Gulf, Egyptian, and/or Georgian business culture
Strategic thinker with knowledge of personal branding and LinkedIn algorithms
Confident working with high-level clients and limited direction
Experience in real estate or similar industries preferred
Requirements
Freelance availability with a flexible part-time schedule
Ability to deliver 2–3 high-quality posts per week
Access to LinkedIn analytics tools is a plus
Portfolio or samples of previous LinkedIn posts (including ghostwritten work)
