Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Personal Assistant to support our General Manager (GM) in our Jeddah, Saudi Arabia office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the GM&aposs day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations, and providing exceptional administrative support.
Manage the GM&aposs calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Handle confidential information and correspondence with discretion and professionalism
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations for the GM
Act as a liaison between the GM and internal/external stakeholders
Coordinate and organize meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes
Manage incoming calls, emails, and requests, prioritizing and responding as appropriate
Assist with expense reports and budget tracking
Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries
Provide general administrative support to the GM&aposs office as needed
Anticipate the GM&aposs needs and proactively offer solutions to potential issues
Qualifications
Bachelor&aposs degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred)
Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a personal assistant or executive assistant in a corporate environment
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Exceptional multi-tasking and prioritization skills
Problem-solving abilities and proactive approach to challenges
Experience in calendar management and travel arrangement
Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Strong interpersonal skills and professional demeanor
Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks
Familiarity with the company&aposs industry (preferred)
