Job description

TACT is one of Saudi’s fastest growing media agencies. TACT is seeking a Paid Advertising Manager to join our growing digital marketing team in Riyadh. The primary responsibility is managing digital accounts on Performance Media Platforms – PPC, Paid Social, Biddable Display, and Video.

With a keen interest in emerging technologies and developments in the digital industry, the candidate will share knowledge and insights with the Digital team.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement, optimize, and upload client campaigns daily, supervising junior staff as needed.
  • Support benchmarking for various campaigns and channels.
  • Liaise with vendors and third-party reps to maintain relationships and learn about new features and beta releases.
  • Ensure deliverables are met on time and within budget.
  • Analyze performance reports to provide actionable insights to meet campaign objectives.
  • Assist the Finance department with spend data for reconciliation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a Marketing focus or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in digital performance and ad operations.
  • Deep experience with Performance Media Platforms: setup and manage campaigns on Google (Search, Display, Discovery, YouTube), Twitter, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Basic knowledge of Programmatic, Direct Buys, Affiliate Marketing, SEO.
  • Strong time and workload management skills.
  • Positive work ethic and attitude.
  • Ability to work flexibly and meet tight deadlines.
  • Experience with Google Analytics and within a Digital Agency is a plus.
  • Experience with third-party tracking/optimization tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data consolidation and analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders.
