About the Role:

Implement comprehensive corporate performance management strategies. Assist in the design of company performance management system, define and cascade KPIs ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement for optimal operational effectiveness.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & ACTIVITIES

Performance Management and Control

Support in the development and implementation of the organization performance reporting system and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for SABIL.

Regularly update the KPI repository, ensuring alignment with SABIL's vision and objectives.

Ensure the efficient implementation of performance monitoring processes and strategies for SABIL, integrating improvements to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Ensure adherence to SABIL's performance control mechanisms, ensuring congruence with organizational goals and objectives.

Contribute to the development and implementation of SABIL's business performance strategies, utilizing visual and narrative analysis techniques to formulate and effectively communicate adaptive and responsive strategies.

Support SABIL's social responsibility and sustainability goals by strategically integrating these principles into the overall performance monitoring and management framework, enhancing corporate responsibility, environmental stewardship, and long-term organizational resilience.

Stakeholder Relations and Collaboration

Develop and maintain strong relationships with people involved in SABIL's operations, making sure to meet the defined goals.

Ensure smooth coordination and teamwork between top-level managers, department heads, and SABIL while working on projects and new ideas.

Performance Monitoring and Analysis

Support in the definition and revision of performance measures, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing and improving overall operational effectiveness at SABIL.

Monitor performance across SABIL departments against set objectives, flagging any discrepancies or issues that may arise.

Implement metrics to measure and enhance customer satisfaction at SABIL, utilizing feedback, complaints, and sentiment analysis to inform strategies that foster a customer-centric culture.

Contribute to the development of periodic performance reports to SABIL stakeholders, summarizing key achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.

Assist in the performance of in-depth analysis and optimization of the commercial, operational, and financial performance metrics of SABIL to identify areas for improvement and strategic enhancements.

Policies, Systems, Processes, and Procedures

Support in the implementation of performance monitoring policies, systems, processes, procedures, and controls covering all areas of assigned function so that all relevant procedural/legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality, cost-effective service in a consistent manner.

Qualifications/Requirements

Knowledge and Experience.

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience is required.

Experience of agriculture or food industry is preferred.

Excellent in English spoken and written.

Education.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, or any business-related discipline.
