We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Operations Specialist - East Region, Saudi Arabia within the People & Communications (P&C) team to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As a People Operations Specialist, you will support in delivering the people and communications agenda within your responsibility area. The role focuses on local people and communications operations, requiring local language skills, understanding of legal requirements, and close physical proximity for effective collaboration. The role reports to the People Operations Manager, Saudi Arabia.

Local People Operations – Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  1. Advising line managers and employees on the correct usage of the People & Communication operating model (self-service options and services provided by the People & Communications function).
  2. Ensuring smooth onboarding processes in alignment with global standards, including updating materials, organizing induction sessions, and collecting feedback.
  3. Managing offboarding processes similarly, including exit interviews and feedback analysis.
  4. Supporting culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion activities.
  5. Managing local benefits administration and communications.
  6. Providing relocation support for local hires from abroad, including vendor coordination.
  7. Preparing employment, time, attendance, and payroll documentation.
  8. Supporting organizational data management activities, including data uploads and promoting the use of Workday reports and dashboards.
  9. Assisting in delivering annual People & Communications processes, such as translations, trainings, and communications.
  10. Supporting Leadership and Talent Review sessions, including preparation, planning, and follow-up.
  11. Assisting in engagement survey launches, result analysis, team discussions, and action planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience.
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
