We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Operations Specialist - East Region, Saudi Arabia within the People & Communications (P&C) team, based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
As a People Operations Specialist, you will support the delivery of the people and communications agenda within your responsibility area. The role focuses on local people and communications operations, requiring local language skills, understanding of legal requirements and practices, and close physical proximity to work effectively. You will work in close collaboration with the entire People & Communications team. The role reports to the People Operations Manager, Saudi Arabia.
Local People Operations – Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Advising line managers and employees on the correct usage of People & Communication operating models, including self-service options and services provided by the People & Communications function.
- Ensuring smooth onboarding processes in line with global procedures, including updating materials, organizing induction sessions, and analyzing feedback.
- Managing offboarding processes, ensuring they are aligned with global standards, including exit interviews and feedback analysis.
- Supporting initiatives related to culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion.
- Managing local benefits administration and related communications.
- Providing relocation support for local hires from abroad, including vendor coordination.
- Handling employment, attendance, and payroll-related preparations, including data collection and document coordination.
- Supporting organizational data management activities, such as data uploads and report utilization.
- Promoting the use of Workday reports and dashboards.
- Supporting annual People & Communications processes, including translations, training, and communications.
- Assisting in Leadership and Talent Review sessions, including preparation, planning, and follow-up.
- Supporting engagement initiatives, including survey preparations, results analysis, and action planning.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
- 3-5 years of HR experience.
- Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
