We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced People Operations Specialist - East Region, Saudi Arabia within the People & Communications (P&C) team to be based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

As a People Operations Specialist, you will support delivering the people and communications agenda within your responsibility area. The focus is on local people and communications operations, requiring local language skills, understanding of legal requirements, and close proximity for effective collaboration. The role reports to the People Operations Manager, Saudi Arabia.

Local People Operations – Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Advising line managers and employees on the correct usage of People & Communication operating models, including self-service options and services provided by the People & Communications function.
  • Onboarding: ensuring a smooth onboarding process aligned with global standards, including updating materials, organizing induction sessions, and feedback analysis.
  • Offboarding: managing the offboarding process, including exit interviews, process completion, and feedback analysis.
  • Supporting culture, diversity, equity, and inclusion activities.
  • Managing local benefits administration and related communications.
  • Providing relocation support for local hires from abroad, including vendor initiation.
  • Handling employment, time, attendance, and payroll preparations, including document collection and coordination.
  • Supporting organizational data management activities, including data uploads and report utilization.
  • Supporting annual People & Communications processes, including translations, training, and communication in line with guidance.
  • Assisting in Leadership and Talent Review sessions, including preparation, planning, and follow-up.
  • Supporting engagement activities, including survey preparations, results analysis, team discussions, and action planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR or Business Administration.
  • 3-5 years of HR experience.
  • Native Arabic speaker with excellent English communication skills.
  • Experience with Workday is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
  • Experience managing onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
