About Tamara's Builders Program - Undergraduate Track
This program elevates exceptional Saudi graduates into future leaders. It is a comprehensive and hands-on experience designed to accelerate your growth.
You will work with an executive mentor to help tackle company-wide initiatives with key stakeholders and gain professional development while handling live business challenges and making a mark from day one. Successful completion of this program will lead to internal opportunities based on performance.

Your role:


The position is responsible for performing people-related duties in the functional areas of onboarding, offboarding, policy implementation, and employment-law compliance. This role reports to People Operations Lead.


Your responsibilities:


  • End to end management of employees onboarding and offboarding, including Qiwa and GOSI management and ensuring compliance.
  • Job and Personal Information changes
  • Ensure compliant processes are followed in maintaining organization change, following the right country policies and documentations
  • Adhering to organization changes related to Job details and org management changes
  • Responsible for managing HRIS and reflecting all organization change accurately and on timely manner
  • Headcount reporting
  • Management of the ticketing system and ensure accomplishment of SLAs and quality targets

Employee Services


  • GOSI and Qiwa management
  • Support KSA employees in the employee services requests like HR letters and bank certificates
  • Maintain change requests on HRIS for example bank account changes and dependent additions
  • Residency renewal and family residency support
  • Act as the employee Help Desk and make sure all the queries are attended to following the company internal policies and guidelines

GRO Relationship Management


  • Work closely with the GRO to support the immigration and relocation of Tamara’s employees, making sure 100% compliance with regulations are rules
  • Reporting on visa quota and compliance with MOL regulations
  • Provide A Class experience in the relocation process for employees to KSA
  • Full accountability on Iqama operations for employees and dependents like renewals, transfer of sponsorship, additions, exit re-entry visa…etc.

Your expertise:


Experience


  • At a minimum, internship or co-op training experience in HR field with a maximum of 2 years of experience. GRO experience is a plus!
  • Experienced in analyzing data and comfortable making impactful decisions in a fast-paced and sometimes ambiguous environment.

Skills


  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with candidates and internal stakeholders at all levels.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong business judgment and communication skills.
  • Ability to self-start and work with minimal supervision after training.
