Job Overview: The People Experience & Operations (PE&O) Lead for the Middle East is responsible for delivering seamless employee services across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, employee relations, contingent labor management, and field support. This role is a critical enabler of a positive people experience by driving operational excellence, ensuring policy compliance, and acting as the first point of contact for employee queries. The role also supports the consistent use and optimization of People Function systems and tools across markets.
• Lead the end-to-end execution of onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience for employees and hiring managers.• Provide on-ground HR support and act as a direct touchpoint for field-based employees, ensuring their queries are addressed and resolved timely.• Manage employee queries through digital and personal channels, redirecting or resolving concerns across People Function areas (e.g., benefits, payroll, policies).• Own and oversee People Function systems usage, ensuring data accuracy and providing coaching to users across the region.• Manage contingent workforce processes in alignment with compliance and business needs, including onboarding, tenure tracking, and contract renewals.• Support employee relations activities, acting as a trusted advisor on low-risk ER cases and partnering with COEs or legal when necessary.• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies through effective process control and documentation.• Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities to enhance service delivery and employee satisfaction across the Middle East markets.• Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders, including COEs, payroll, and control teams to ensure cohesive delivery of people services.
• Overlook and manage the service deliveries of the following activities:
Employee Services1. Centralized E-filing Administration and Routing P-file documents from locations2. Employee documents authentication and distribution (contracts, pay slips..etc.)3. Onboard the new hires on HR systems 4. Availing Vacation Benefit5. Health certification administration6. Administering disciplinary letters7. Employee exit management and clearance procedures8. Medical, Life Insurance, KEWA/GOSI deletion/Enrolment9. GOSI – Injury reporting
Talent Acquisition
1. Manage fairs / Local Institutions hiring 2. Coordinate Preboarding & Onboarding support for locations (including offer letter, contract prep, Pre joining medical check, etc.)3. Medical, Life Insurance, GOSI new hire Enrolment4. Manage E2E L3- hiring process 5. Lead on the L3- Localization agenda

Service delivery
1. Ensure that the BU HR ops transactions are done within the global/sector/local agreed SLAs and KPIs2. Work as the BU SPOC for all HR Ops team projects deliverables and partner in any change initiatives or key projects that will drive HR related changes required, including the provision of management information as and when required 3. Work on improving and streamlining the processes related to EE life cycles and services and channeling the opportunities and field feedback to the relevant stakeholders 4. Conduct self-audits across Saudi to ensure different activities in scope, documents, procedures & systems are within set guidelines5. Create an inclusive culture for team members and ensure they are motivated and engaged.
• 7+ years of professional experience in HR preferable in HR ops• Customer orientation • Process management, design thinking and continuous improvement • Proven Leadership and Management skills • Organization change management • Strong communication and language skills • International exposure and proven project management skills • Technical / Functional Skills & Knowledge of HR systems, Tools and Interfaces
