We’re looking for a passionate and people-first People Engagement Partner to help us shape and sustain an extraordinary employee experience at Hala.
This hybrid role blends the strategic lens of an HR Business Partner with the creative, cultural focus of an engagement champion. You’ll work closely with employees and managers to drive morale, strengthen team connection, and bring our values to life — in the office and beyond.
Act as a trusted people partner to team leads, providing guidance on engagement, well-being, and team dynamics.
Lead the design and execution of employee engagement initiatives — from surveys and listening strategies to recognition programs and team rituals.
Own the employee experience calendar: plan and deliver inclusive, high-impact events, activations, and celebrations across Hala locations.
Be the heart of the office! Drive culture-building efforts through creative use of space, perks, comms, and day-to-day moments.
Partner with HR, Workplace, and Comms teams to ensure a seamless experience across onboarding, internal events, and culture comms.
Use data (survey results, pulse feedback, sentiment) to identify trends and co-create engagement strategies that respond to team needs.
Support People Team projects like wellness, DEIB, internal mobility, and manager enablement — with an engagement lens.
3–5 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, culture, or a similar role.
Strong understanding of employee lifecycle, motivation, and morale levers.
Natural connector and organizer — someone who loves building community and creating positive energy in teams.
Comfortable managing logistics and big-picture planning for events and activations.
Skilled communicator with a warm, credible presence and ability to influence.
Experience using engagement data (surveys, feedback tools) to inform decisions.
Passion for culture, people, and making work better every day.
