The opportunity
To manage change effectively, businesses must establish people and organizational strategies that allow them to respond flexibly to market forces. As a people and organizational change advisor, you will work with clients to deliver HR and workforce transformation, organizational agendas, and provide change management support for large-scale Business Transformation. We seek individuals who can build our service offerings, understand client needs, grow our internal capabilities, and connect across our global PAS and wider EY service lines to leverage global knowledge and experience in supporting client’s people-related business challenges.
Your key responsibilities
You will be responsible for directing, designing, and implementing major change and people transformation programs across MENA related to large-scale business/HR transformations. Additionally, you will develop people and change management strategies and business cases with measurable objectives.
In this role, you will work within diverse project teams alongside colleagues from different service lines to address complex client issues and deliver full-cycle large business transformation projects.
You will proactively manage senior client stakeholders, including delivering difficult messages, managing performance issues up to Senior Management, creating value through thought leadership, providing insights, and delivering service excellence. You will also manage and develop teams of consultants to deliver projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
Furthermore, you will identify new business opportunities, develop existing engagements, and contribute to client pursuits by preparing proposals and delivering presentations to potential clients.
