Why This Role Matters

We’re hiring a People & Admin Specialist to serve as the operational backbone of our People function in Saudi Arabia. This is a critical role that ensures the seamless execution of day-to-day HR activities and administrative operations. You’ll be the key link between our Talent Acquisition, HRIS, Finance, and Administration teams, making sure data is accurate, processes are timely, and employees are supported at every step.

Without someone in this seat, we risk operational inefficiencies across payroll, onboarding, documentation, and office management. Your role is essential in maintaining compliance, improving our employee experience, and ensuring Lucidya’s continued growth.

Requirements

People Operations

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the HRIS system
  • Lead monthly payroll preparation in collaboration with the Finance team (absences, leaves, EOS, expense claims, etc.)
  • Ensure strict compliance with Saudi labor laws and internal People policies
  • Be the point of contact post-offer to collect documents, draft and share employment contracts, and initiate onboarding
  • Manage travel logistics including hotel and airline bookings for staff
  • Maintain and update the Employee Handbook regularly
  • Support benefit administration : insurance, leave tracking, gratuity, and other entitlements
  • Draft and issue employee letters and formal documents upon request
  • Serve as the go-to person for employees with policy, process, or procedural questions

Administration & Office Management

  • Manage the inventory and ordering of office supplies
  • Coordinate with cleaning, maintenance, and facilities providers to ensure office upkeep
  • Liaise with external vendors and service providers
  • Ensure physical workspace supports a productive, efficient, and engaging environment
  • Who You Are

    Minimum Requirements (Non-Negotiables)

  • Saudi national
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in HR operations or admin roles, ideally in a startup or tech environment
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Hands-on payroll experience
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR compliance
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR software
  • High attention to detail, organizational skills, and discretion in handling sensitive information
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • Certification in HR (SHRM-CP, PHR, etc.)
  • Experience with modern HRIS or payroll systems (ZenHR, BambooHR, Gusto, ADP)
