Job Title: Pediatric Neurosurgery Consultant

JOB SUMMARY

As a pediatric neurosurgery consultant at a top-tier hospital in Saudi Arabia, your role involves providing specialized neurosurgical care to pediatric patients with various neurological conditions. Responsibilities include evaluating and diagnosing patients, developing tailored treatment plans, and performing complex surgical procedures with a dedicated healthcare team. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide high-quality neurosurgical care to pediatric patients.
• Offer consultative services as requested.
• Supervise fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents.
• Participate in training and teaching residents and fellows, and engage in research activities.
• Participate in committees and administrative functions as needed.
• Perform special procedures as privileged.
• Follow all hospital policies and procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate from a reputable medical school.
• Completion of required training in Neurosurgery and/or subspecialty.
• Saudi Arab or American/European Board Certification or equivalent.
• Membership and/or Fellowship in America and/or Europe or equivalent, fulfilling consultant criteria.
• Recognition certificate from the Saudi Commission is mandatory.
• Dataflow verification is required.

• Minimum 3-4 years post-Board/Fellowship experience in Neurosurgery.
• Registered member of the Saudi Board Council.

• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is beneficial.
