JOB DUTIES STATEMENTS:

Duties And Responsibilities

1. Provides patient care as delineated in granted privileges and in accordance with standards of care and Fakeeh Care policies and protocols.
2. Documents provided care in accordance with Fakeeh Care policies.
3. Provides education and effective communication to patients. This shall be done in collaboration with attending for in-patients.
4. Performs or assists in performing medical/surgical procedures as delineated in granted privileges.
5. Provides patients with requested medical reports in a timely manner.
6. Attends departmental meetings and scientific activities; contributes to teaching and training of juniors.
7. Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
8. Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices.
9. Represents DSFH positively and professionally in the community.
10. Develops a thorough understanding of DSFH policies and procedures and participates effectively in their execution.
11. Performs other duties as assigned within the scope of responsibility and job requirements.
12. Demonstrates compassionate communication skills while providing support and care to patients, with the patient at the center of our care.
13. Performs all duties and tasks in line with Person-Centered Care values.
14. Adheres to all policies, plans, and programs within Fakeeh Care.
15. Follows the code of conduct and ethical standards outlined in HCM policies and guidelines.
16. Completes mandatory education at least one month prior to expiration.
17. Maintains up-to-date knowledge on quality, safety, accreditation, policy management, and document management systems.

Qualifications

• Saudi Specialty Certificate or equivalent in related health science from an accredited institution.
• For Consultant: Fellowship within the subspecialty for three years after higher qualification, or a fellowship within a subspecialty for two years after one year experience in the same specialty, or training for one year in the subspecialty plus four years experience in the same specialty, or at least six years experience within the subspecialty in a recognized center after higher qualification.
• Saudi Commission for Health Specialties and Ministry of Health Saudi License required.
