Description:

The Payroll Specialist is responsible for processing payroll accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. This role plays a crucial part in maintaining employee satisfaction by providing timely and accurate payment of wages and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Assists in processing payroll for employees accurately and on time.
  • Calculate wages, deductions and overtime based on timesheets and other records.
  • Assist monthly payroll reconciliations.
  • Collaborate with HR/GR/Insurance and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.
  • Distribute salary payment statements on monthly basis (digital or paper).
  • Assist in preparing payroll reports to management and employees.
  • Verify and process medical insurance invoices, employee claims (BTA) as per company policy.
  • Respond to payroll-related inquiries and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee information in the payroll system.
  • Assist with year-end payroll activities and reporting.
  • Support other accounting and finance tasks as needed.
  • Prepare/process full and final settlements for employees as per labor law.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Business administration, Human Resources, or a related field is required.
  • Three (3) to five (5) years of related experience is required.
  • Extensive knowledge of the payroll function, including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
  • Proficient with Payroll software.

Medical Examination: Candidates must successfully complete all mandatory medical examinations required to obtain a Saudi Work Visa.

Criminal Record: To qualify for a Saudi Work Visa, candidates must have a clean criminal record with no prior convictions, as specified by the Saudi Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Drug and Alcohol Testing: Candidates must pass a drug test to be considered for employment. Additionally, our ATSS program enforces a random drug and alcohol testing policy. Employees will be subject to periodic testing to maintain adherence to our workplace standards and safety regulations.

Compliance with Saudi Labor Law: All employment terms and conditions will be in accordance with Saudi Labor Law. Candidates must be prepared to adhere to these regulations throughout their employment.
