Job description

Job Purpose:

To manage the end-to-end payroll process with accuracy and compliance, ensuring that all employees are paid correctly and on time. The Payroll Specialist will also maintain accurate records and support HR operations, with a strong focus on using Jisr HR System.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly payroll through Jisr HR system, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Verify attendance, leaves, overtime, deductions, and other payroll inputs through the system.
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate employee payroll records.
  • Coordinate with HR and Finance to reflect new hires, terminations, and salary changes.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and GOSI requirements.
  • Generate payroll reports, reconciliations, and statements as needed.
  • Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll, salary slips, and other related matters.
  • Liaise with banks for salary transfers and resolve any issues.
  • Participate in internal audits and prepare necessary documentation.
  • Contribute to process improvement and automation within the payroll function.

Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.

Minimum 2 years of hands-on payroll experience.

Must have experience working with Jisr HR system.

Strong understanding of payroll regulations, GOSI, tax, and Saudi labor law.

Excellent Excel skills and ability to generate reports and perform reconciliations.

High attention to detail, confidentiality, and accuracy.
