Job Summary
Are you a recent graduate with a passion for problem-solving, numbers, and technology? We're looking for a Dispute & Chargeback Analyst to join our growing team. This entry-level role is ideal for fresh graduates eager to build a strong foundation in the payments and banking industry. You'll play a key role in managing payment disputes, resolving transaction issues, and supporting accurate financial reporting — all while working closely with internal teams like Finance and Customer Service.
Key Responsibilities
- Reconcile Transactions & Resolve Discrepancies: Review and verify transactions at the customer and payment scheme level, and resolve any issues in coordination with the Finance team.
- Manage Chargeback Process End-to-End: Handle customer claims, initiate disputes, monitor responses from relevant parties, and ensure proper documentation and case updates.
- Coordinate Supporting Documents: Collaborate with Customer Service to collect, organize, and validate all required documents for dispute cases.
- Generate & Maintain Accurate Reports: Prepare both internal and external reports related to disputes and chargebacks, ensuring data accuracy and integrity at all times.
Qualifications

- Finance, Banking, or Accounting – A solid understanding of financial systems and processes.
- Data Science, Analytics, or Statistics – Strong skills in data analysis, pattern recognition, and problem-solving.
- Computer Science or Information Technology – Knowledge of technical systems, databases, and software development.
