Qualifications

• Must be willing to work day or night shifts as needed.

Skills

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Operating Gunter Zimmerman 850 Paver, Gomaco 2600 Placer Spreader, RTP 500 Placer, Cure Tine Machine, and Skid Steer/Forklift.
• Familiarity with hydraulic and mechanical systems is required.
• Knowledge of Trimble wireless systems or similar survey technologies is preferred.
• Must be willing to work night or day shifts as needed.
• General understanding of civil construction practices
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following safety protocols.
• Ability to follow directions and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Working Conditions

• Travel – This project is located in Charlotte NC. Subsequent projects will be nationally based.
• Schedule – Work assignment will be day or night
• Construction Site Environment – physical ability to stand, walk, crawl, bend, reach and climb. Lifting and carrying material and objects. Exposed to high noise levels.
