My career has been made special while working here at UH Seidman Cancer Center. As this was my first start out of college for being a Radiation Therapist. Two things that come to mind with this question are the ability to advance myself within this department and the advantage of using tuition reimbursement. During the last 10 years of my career at UH I was able to learn special procedures, which is where I am. Become the lead therapist at a new satellite office, finish my master's degree and become an advanced lead Radiation Therapist here in special procedures. I came back to main campus, something else that comes to mind are the people! I've learned from everyone around me, patients and staff. This is truly a company I value working for and a company I hope to move up in.
