Job description

The Patient Access Associate Manager is responsible for developing and managing HTA strategies and plans that align with SOBI s values for both new and existing products. This role involves supporting cross-functional teams in the creation and submission of evidence-based dossiers, as well as managing HTA processes to achieve desired outcomes. The successful candidate will craft and execute localized, evidence-based narratives to support successful pricing, reimbursement, and optimal patient access to orphan medications. This position offers a critical opportunity to support evidence-based strategies across Saudi Arabia, the GCC region, and other assigned countries as needed.
This position is based in Saudi Arabia, reporting to Regulatory & Patient Access Director
MENAT.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the development of HTA strategies and plans.
Support cross-functional teams in the development and submission of evidence-based dossiers.
Manage HTA processes to achieve desired outcomes.
Craft and execute localized, evidence-based narratives.
Support successful pricing, reimbursement, and optimal patient access to orphan medications.
Generate local Real World Evidence studies.

You are an experienced professional with a proven track record in managing HTA strategies and plans. You excel at supporting cross-functional teams and have expertise in developing and submitting evidence-based dossiers. You are skilled in managing HTA processes and crafting localized, evidence-based narratives. Your experience includes supporting pricing, reimbursement, and patient access strategies, and you have knowledge of generating local Real World Evidence studies.

Your Background
Relevant degree or equivalent experience.
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical industry, particularly in the context of HTA and patient access.
