Pastry Sous Chef | Riyadh | Luxury Hospitality Group

We are currently seeking a creative and skilled PASTRY SOUS CHEF specializing in French pastry and bakery to join the culinary team within a leading hospitality group in Riyadh. The group is renowned for creating exceptional dining and event experiences, boasting a portfolio of high-end restaurants and a strong presence in the city’s vibrant entertainment scene.

As an ideal candidate, you will have:
  • At least 4 years of experience as a Pastry Sous Chef – from upmarket restaurants or luxury hotels.
  • Relevant qualifications.
  • Fluent English.
  • Immaculate presentation.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Clear medical.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Valid passport.
Responsibilities:
  • Supervise pastry and bakery operations.
  • Train and manage staff.
  • Ensure consistent quality of pastries, cakes, breads, and desserts.
  • Prepare baked goods.
  • Assist in menu development and innovation.
  • Manage ingredient inventory and ordering.
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene.
  • Ensure equipment maintenance.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff.
  • Communicate with the Pastry Chef and team.
  • Assist with scheduling.
Salary on offer:
  • Basic Salary SAR 8,000.
