Job description

An exciting new position for an experienced Pastry Production Chef to join this established hospitality group at one of their high-end, French inspired all-day-dining concepts, which also includes busy retail & outside catering elements.

As Pastry Production Chef you’ll be tasked with leading production operations, responsible for producing a variety of high-quality baked goods, from artisanal breads to classic French pastries, contemporary viennoiseries, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, consistency, & presentation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Pastry Production Chef in a high-end or boutique bakery/ patisserie / restaurant / similar luxury hotels
• Currently based in the Middle East
• Expert in French & European cuisines, with the ability to modernise classics
• Strong technical skills in artisanal bread & pastry production
• Leadership, time management, & team coordination abilities
• Passion for creativity, consistency, and culinary excellence
