Pastry Chef Position

As a Pastry Chef, you are responsible for operating the pastry section of the kitchen while working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef. You will plan production and develop seasonal offerings. Your role includes creating high-quality pastry dishes following standard recipes and presentations to maintain quality standards and product consistency. You will also assist in production and maintenance of pastry stocks with proper rotation, and uphold the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the pastry and bakery sections.
