A renowned luxury hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Pastry Chef to join our dynamic team. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for creating and preparing various desserts, baked goods, and pastries for our guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for pastry-making and be able to create unique and delicious desserts that will impress our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Create and prepare a variety of desserts, pastries, and baked goods according to the hotel's standards
- Develop new recipes based on current trends while also incorporating traditional flavors
- Manage inventory of pastry ingredients and supplies
- Train and supervise junior pastry staff
- Ensure all food safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create seasonal menus
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen workspace

Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as a Pastry Chef in a high-end hotel or restaurant environment
- Degree or diploma in Culinary Arts or related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of different pastry techniques and baking methods
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new dessert ideas
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines
- Strong leadership skills to effectively train and supervise junior pastry staff
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Compensation:
We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month along with benefits including accommodation, transportation, medical insurance, and yearly flight ticket.
