The role involves optimizing partner rights and benefits, collaborating globally, and requires strong project management skills. The ideal candidate should have a solid analytical background and fluency in English.
1. Responsible for developing partner strategies, and for continuous optimization and improvement.
2. Manage partner rights, benefits, and incentive strategies, ensuring ongoing refinement.
3. Plan and implement partner structures to foster stability and excellence.
4. Design partner structures and set targets across different cities to ensure stable business growth.
5. Develop and improve partner rights and incentives policies and systems. Drive strategic initiatives for Keeta's expansion into new markets.
6. Collaborate with diverse global teams, exchanging insights with top talent.
7. Own end-to-end projects from ideation to execution in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
8. Contribute to Keeta's vision of "help people eat better, live better."
Desired Candidate Profile
1. Bachelor's degree or above, with over three years of experience in partner strategy or D-side operations; experience in exploring projects from inception is preferred.
2. Proficient in SQL, with excellent data analysis skills and business insight, able to propose operational strategies based on analysis and partner characteristics. Background in business analysis, consulting, or statistics is a plus.
3. Strong project management skills, self-motivated, with good communication and coordination abilities, and a solid business acumen.
4. Fluent in English (speaking, listening, reading, and writing), willing to work abroad.
