Job Purpose: Strives to grow the business in order to attain the maximum wallet share from the partners, complete ownership of the respective accounts in terms of business, sales, credit, and ensure maximum penetration on the account.
Maintaining a healthy relationship with the partners through regular visits, providing information about product/promotions/training, solving their queries, and meeting their requirements.
Increasing business opportunities by staying updated on products and competitors with existing customers.
Identifying and increasing Channel Breadth, mapping potential customers, and generating leads for the organization.
Negotiating and implementing strategic sales initiatives, promotions, pricing, and new product launches.
Assisting the partners in Sell-in and Sell-out.
Gathering market information about customer worthiness, sensing the market, and identifying unusual behaviors/patterns to derive insights.
Driving the development of customer/channel plans for assigned customer accounts.
Developing and maintaining excellent relationships with customers at various levels to understand needs and address concerns.
Maintaining a pipeline and updating on progress.
Responsible for sending quotations, setting selling prices, executing orders, and maintaining the customer database.
