Program Manager

Right At School provides local school districts before and after school extended day programs with a focus on disguised learning activities and daily enrichment dedicated to the success of all students!

We do this by building a team of mission-driven individuals, who are passionate about fostering a love of learning and creating safe, engaging experiences for children. Our vision is to bring exceptional, affordable programs to as many students, families, and schools as possible while providing a safe environment for children to explore and grow.

Program Manager Pay Rate: $19.00-$23.00 (based on education and experience)

Program Hours: ;Monday- Friday 6:45am-8:45am and 3:00pm-6:00pm. Your schedule may vary based on business needs.

You’ll drive the mission by:

  • Safety & Joy: Model qualities ensuring safety and joy standards are met by supporting a clear understanding of roles and responsibilities to staff. Support operational efficiency by keeping site documents and licensing standards up to date. Outline attendance protocols, behavior policies, safety procedures, and ensure program tasks are completed effectively. Continually coach, foster respectful relationships among staff, and address challenges promptly to maintain team cohesion and productivity.
  • Safety Assurance: Support and report on safety protocols to ensure participant well-being. Identify and submit proof of MMR vaccination.

Qualifications:

  • 18+ years of age
  • Proof of High School diploma/GED required

Additional Responsibilities include:

  • Effective communication with families, staff, and children; respond promptly to inquiries; collaborate with the Area Manager.
  • Maintain accurate records for student check-ins/check-outs, follow attendance procedures.
  • Implement daily activities, fitness, and curriculum in a safe, engaging environment.

Ideal Candidates will have:

  • Experience managing priorities and delivering quality service
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Experience with children, including those with special needs
  • Training in child development or related field
  • Strong communication skills
  • Familiarity with Google software or willingness to learn

Ohio State Requirements:

  • Ability to meet state-specific requirements
  • First Aid and CPR certification (in-person)
  • Cleared tuberculosis test
  • Educational credentials in child development or related fields as specified
