Biban24 is a leading event management company in Riyadh, KSA, specializing in organizing innovative and impactful events that bring together thought leaders, innovators, and enthusiasts from various industries.

We are seeking a skilled IT Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis for 8 days to support the upcoming Biban24 Event in Riyadh, KSA. The selected candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the event's technical infrastructure, including maintaining the registration system, screens, WiFi, LAN, and providing technical support to attendees and staff.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain and troubleshoot the event's registration system.
• Ensure the functionality of screens and audiovisual equipment.
• Manage and optimize WiFi and LAN networks for seamless connectivity.
• Provide technical support to event attendees and staff as needed.
• Collaborate with the event management team to address any IT-related issues promptly.

Requirements:

• 2-5 years of proven experience as an IT Specialist or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networks, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced event environment.

Schedule:

• 4 hours - Part-time position for 8 days during the Biban24 Event in Riyadh, KSA.
• 24-hour shifts based on event requirements.
