Job description
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for aftersales customers, addressing concerns and providing support.
Propose, explain & sell Workshop Business Products to Workshop customers, enabling Workshops to reach their Labor & Spare Parts targets
Monitor customer feedback and recommend improvements to aftersales services.
Collaborate with the service team to resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing clear communication and regular updates.
Promote and sales of Service products
Competencies & Skills:
Solid commercial vehicles technical background
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Knowledge of aftersales processes and products.
Ability to handle multiple customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
Knowledge of SAP, Job Card process, WIP management, and Invoicing process
Genuine Spare Parts knowledge ( features / advantages / pricing )
Sales Force

Outgoing in interacting with customers.
Education:
Bachelor of Engineering / Business Administration or any relevant degree.
