Job Title: Paramedic
Location: Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Salary: 4,500 5,000 SAR per month
Work Schedule: 10 hours/day, 6 days/week (Overtime as required)


Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled and dedicated Paramedics to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidates will deliver high-quality pre-hospital and emergency care and must meet the licensing requirements to practice in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.


Job role

  • Deliver immediate emergency care and pre-hospital treatment for workplace injuries and illnesses.
  • Key responsibilities include rapid assessment of medical situations, administering first aid or life-saving interventions, stabilizing patients until ambulance services arrive, and coordinating transfers to external medical facilities when needed.
  • The nurse will also manage on-site health clinics, maintain medical supplies, conduct health screenings, and support occupational health and safety initiatives across the organization.

Paramedic Educational and Licensing Requirements

  • Paramedics must complete a recognized Paramedic Program from a local or international college/university (Bachelors degree in Paramedic)
  • To practice their profession in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, paramedics must be registered and licensed by the following government bodies:

a. Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) registration.

b. Saudi Ministry of Health (MOH) license.

  • Paramedics must have a minimum of 2-year post-registration experience in a hospital setting, specifically in ER.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification obtained from a recognized training program/institution (SHA or AHA).
  • Pre-Hospital Life Support (PHTLS) certification obtained from a recognized training program.
  • Basic and Advanced Disaster Life Support (B&ADLS) certification obtained from a recognized training program/institution.
  • Minimum Height Requirement 170 cm.
  • Good oral and written English language skills.

Perks and benefits

    • The salary offer will be 4500-5,000 SAR.
    • The working schedule will require a minimum of 10 hours per day, 6 days per week.
    • Overtime will be applicable as and when required.
