A leading company is seeking an experienced Paramedic to provide vital medical support and treatment to staff at project sites. You will perform first aid, manage medical supplies, and collaborate with emergency services to ensure safe working conditions. Candidates should have a medical or nursing degree and significant experience in emergency medical response.
To provide medical acknowledgment, treatment, support, and assistance to the Speciality project staff either for
critically ill or injured cases or for normal working days to prevent and protect them from accidents.
Accountabilities : Paramedic Operation
Check, and prepare all medical supplies on a daily base for both normal and emergency call.
perform first aid and lifesaving procedures up to the emergency call for injured staff on the project’s site.
Assess patients’ injury severity type and quickly begin appropriate medical procedures.
Operate equipment such as bag valve mask resuscitators, external defibrillators, and electrocardiograms for
advanced life support applications.
5. Maintain medical inventory with respect to supply, stock expiry dates, Governmental regulations, and first aid
boxes.
6. Communicate and coordinate with dispatchers, fire department personnel, police, and other emergency
medical team members as needed to ensure that all applicable personnel are prepared to receive the patient
and ensure proper treatment.
7. Support in safety and preventive cautions to Speciality project staff by explaining the main procedures to act
and follow for health and safety conditions.
8. Maintain and update all contact details of medical hospitals or premises to serve on the spot of request.
9. Cooperate with HSSE manager for prepared medical partition fully facilitated and maintained with primary
medical tools / supplies as per local medical legislation.
Self-Management
Define performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the HSE Speciality Manager and ensure that
the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year.
2. Take ownership of your learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the HSE
Speciality Manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means beyond just training.
3. Understand the competencies relevant to the role, and work towards displaying as well as developing these
effectively.
4. Keep abreast of relevant professional developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued
education and professional networks.
5. Handle any additional tasks as per business needs.
Follow all relevant company and department policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and
instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
2. Comply with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures, and controls to
ensure a healthy and safe work environment.
3. Comply with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and
confidentiality.
Qualification :
Diploma or Bachelor of Science Medical or Nursing degree.
Experience :
5+ years of relevant experience in Medical Treatment on project sites
OSHA certification would be added in advance
