A-Clinical Practice:
- Diligently completes assigned responsibilities within established hospital, division, and EMS guidelines under the supervision of the EMS Station Supervisor.
- Provides high-quality patient care pre-hospital and in-hospital, based on understanding patient needs, following medical oversight, policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Delivers attentive, thorough, efficient, and cost-effective patient care.
- Maintains awareness of patients' physical, medical, and cultural needs at all times.
- Stays informed about current EMS trends and healthcare developments.
- Anticipates potential problems and responds appropriately.
- Operates and maintains EMS vehicles and equipment properly to prevent damage.
- Maintains patient confidentiality at all times.
B-Administration:
- Completes duties with attention to detail and efficiency.
- Ensures EMS vehicles are always ready for use.
- Adheres to EMS administrative and Medical Control directives.
- Completes assigned administrative tasks diligently.
- Participates actively in EMS staff meetings.
- Performs other duties as assigned within qualifications and capabilities.
C-Education & Research:
- Attends skills maintenance programs regularly to ensure proficiency.
- Maintains professional licensure and certifications.
- Participates in developing and presenting educational awareness programs.
- Works on improving communication skills in English and Arabic.
- Assists in orientation and professional development of EMS personnel.
- Attends and participates in professional development courses and research programs.
D-Quality:
- Provides feedback to improve working environment and patient care.
- Strives to deliver higher quality care continually.
- Uses medical supplies properly to avoid wastage.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor in Emergency Medical Services or higher.
- Experience: At least 1 year as an Advanced Life Support (ALS) Paramedic.
- Languages: Fluent in English; Arabic is desirable.

- Accredited EMS Licensure from Saudi Commission for Health Specialties DOT
Preferred Licenses:
- EMS Vehicle Operator Safety (EVOS)
- Light Transportation Driving License
- 60+ in STEP English Exam (one-time submission)
