Located in King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, the hotel features 212 guest rooms and suites, unique dining options, and is part of a LEED-certified landmark development.

**Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**

• Surface Preparation: Cleaning, sanding, filling cracks, applying primers.
• Painting and Finishing: Applying paints, stains, varnishes with brushes, rollers, or spray guns.
• Color Matching: Ensuring color consistency with design specifications.
• Decorative Work: Faux finishes, murals, stenciling.
• Maintenance: Inspecting and touch-ups.
• Safety Measures: Using PPE and ensuring ventilation.
• Collaboration: Coordinating with Maintenance and Housekeeping.
• Inventory Management: Tracking supplies and tools.
• Guest Interaction: Addressing guest concerns related to appearance.
• Project Planning: Assisting in renovation and redecoration projects.

Ideal candidates should have a keen eye for detail, creativity, and work efficiently to maintain high standards.

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Hotel or Business Administration.
• 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
• Experience in international luxury hotel chains.
• GCC exposure preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
