Koch Engineered Solutions (KES) is seeking a Painter/Blaster to join our manufacturing hub in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

This role involves painting and blasting components and equipment according to specifications and drawings. The Painter/Blaster must also adhere to KOCH safety standards and embody our company culture.

What You Will Do

• Apply coatings using brushes, rollers, spray guns, thermal spray, and other specialty methods.
• Clean and store painting tools and equipment after use.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work site.
• Measure and mix paints accurately.
• Monitor and maintain breathing air systems during blasting.
• Manage paint and blast pots during operations.
• Perform general housekeeping and other duties as directed.
• Prepare surfaces with hand tools, power tools, and blasting equipment.
• Support the paint crew and communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.
• Store and dispose of chemicals following company policies.
• Inspect surfaces visually before coating application.

Qualification Requirements

• Willingness to work with steel spray paint.
• Professional experience in blasting.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with Aramco projects.
• Good communication skills.
